A 72-hour notice is required if you can’t keep your appointment. a $25 cancelation fee will be applied if you cancel before 72-hours and a new deposit will be required.

A 15 min. grace period will be given when you book your appointment. you may be asked to reschedule If you exceed your 15 min. grace period. A $15 fee will also be applied. So please be on time.

Hair should be taken down form any
previous styles, washed & dried otherwise a $25 fee will be applied for each service *take down *wash/dry. Hair must be 4 inches or longer for all braiding services.

All consultations are free of charge, and it is strongly recommended for those who have trouble areas. if your hair cannot be braided at the time of your scheduled appointment your appointment may be canceled.
